The Hotel

It is proposed to convert Moss House Farm into a “country style hotel” that would serve the needs of visitors to the racecourse and the wider forest park. The hotel is designed to provide 4 star accommodation with the complementary facilities normally associated with this standard of hotel.

Provision has been made for 80 bedrooms with en-suite facilities including 4 rooms specifically equipped for visitors with disabilities.

The additional facilities include:

• a small café/lounge for approximately 80 people
  
• A restaurant suitable for 80-90 diners with doors opening onto the courtyard
  
• A function suite for approximately 150 people with doors opening onto the courtyard
  
• A fitness centre comprising sports gym, small pool and changing facilities
  
• A small conference facility suitable for 40-50 delegates
